Reverie Developments was founded by Mark Simser and Amanda Ruyter, two seasoned professionals with a shared passion for designing and constructing exceptional homes. Drawing on their combined 30+ years of experience in the real estate and construction industries, Simser and Ruyter joined forces to establish their own company and bring their vision for beautifully crafted, high-quality living spaces to life.

Mark Simser is a seasoned professional with nearly two decades of experience in the construction industry. His extensive background encompasses a diverse range of roles, from renovating and building custom homes to serving as a Finishing Foreman, Site Superintendent, and Senior Manager of Warranty for one of the largest real estate development firms. Simser's versatility and depth of expertise have allowed him to excel across various facets of the construction sector.

Amanda Ruyter has over 15 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. She began her career in 2010 as a Real Estate Agent, assisting clients with the buying and selling process. In 2014, she transitioned into a sales role with a large real estate development firm in Ottawa. Her exceptional performance led to a rapid promotion to Sales and Marketing Manager, where she assumed additional responsibilities overseeing all sales and marketing efforts as well as product development, including managing the creation floor plans, specifications, and finishes.
